چکیده
This study was conducted in the laboratories and greenhouses of Eastern Mediterranean Transitional Zone Agricultural Research Institute between 2018 2020 to identify botanical characteristic PCPM (Prunus cerasifera X Prunus microcarpa), which is natural hybrid (PC) microcarpa (PM), investigate slip production opportunities it at different IBA 1000 mg L-1, 2000 3000 4000 L-1. noticed its environment, followed terms for 3 years. It determined that average fruit weight, width, length values were 1.33 g, 11.93 mm 12.50 mm, respectively. The soluble solid contents (SSC) measured as 15.03 brix PC, 25 PM, 27.66 PCPM. annual shoot development 124.98, 8.41, 26.15 cm, leaf lengths 64.99, 21.18, 41.93 PCPM, respectively. also showed a botanic PM are parents general terms. In rooting with hardwood cutting similar Myrobolan 29C, control rootstock, had percentage %80.11, number roots 5.27 pcs/slip. The results positive effect on increase hormone application mgL-1 concentration compared other applications.

Leaf morphological and physiological adjustments to the spectrally selective shade imposed by anthocyanins in Prunus cerasifera.
Prunus domestica L. has green leaves, whereas Prunus cerasifera Ehrh. var. atropurpurea has red leaves due to the presence of mesophyll anthocyanins. We compared morphological and photosynthetic characteristics of leaves of these species, which were sampled from shoots grafted in pairs on P. domestica rootstocks, each pair comprising one shoot of each species. Two hypotheses were tested: (1) an...

The performance of three different rootstock (Adara (Prunus cerasifera L.), SL 64 (Prunus mahaleb), and Colt (Prunus avium x Prunus pseudocerasus)) as nutrient suppliers has been studied for sweet cherry cultivars (Prunus avium L.). The results obtained suggested that, depending on the rootstock, the trees are submitted to different degrees of stress. According to the data obtained, it could be...

Rootstocks of fruit trees, commonly used to regulate growth, precocity, fertility, and yield, can also be used to solve problems associated with soils pollution such as copper excess. Despite their potential use for phytoremediation, information on the physiological, biochemical, and molecular aspects of heavy metal toxicity stress on fruit tree rootstocks remains limited. In this study of Prun...

We compared root system morphogenesis of micropropogated transplants of Prunus cerasifera L. inoculated with either of the arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi Glomus mosseae or Glomus intraradices or with the ericoid mycorrhizal species Hymenoscyphus ericae. All plants were grown in sand culture, irrigated with a nutrient solution that included a soluble source of phosphorus, for 75 days after tr...
